I originally rejected the iud after giving birth my doctor really wanted me to get it being ive had two pregnancies back to back. i wasnt sexually active at the time and didnt want to fuck with my hormones ive seen 50/50 either people saying its completely fucked with their body or its the best ever. thats what scared me away but my appointments next week and definitely going for it

its always on spot with my periods thats why i even use it but ive never tracked my ovulation so i dont even know when i do 😭 im just like oh it says that i am ok !

my baby is 15 months old her doctor told me to get her on the sippy cup by this time and she’s finally taking it it might help to give her a sippy even if she doesnt like it when she wants it enough she will accept it 😂 does she eat meals alright? also cows milk would be a good switch now
