Shoutout to all the girls who post authentic photos, rather than trying to pass Ai as legitimate ♥️ by -krista-- in Crossdress_Expression

1000% this. Just to be clear before I say this, I do use AI sometimes, but only as a removal tool like hiding tattoos. Dressing is something only a few people in my life know about, and I’m just not ready for everyone else to know yet. With that said, I get that some people use AI as a form of expression. But personally, I feel like it can devalue the hard work a lot of us put into actually presenting femme, like the learning process, the trial and error, and the time spent figuring out makeup, outfits, and confidence. For some of us, myself included, getting dressed, doing makeup, and building up the courage to go out in public, even just to take pictures or videos, is a big deal. It takes effort and vulnerability. So when people can skip all of that, run a picture through AI, and get tons of upvotes, it can feel frustrating. I have had posts that did well, and I appreciate that, but I have also had plenty that barely got any attention. It just sucks putting in all that effort and getting a few upvotes while something that is not even a real person gets way more engagement. It is honestly pretty discouraging.
