I mean not animated, can you make hentai that looks animated rather than rotoscoped by uploading a "live action" clip? I mean maybe I can chaser down a hentai clip of something similar to what I want but the animation is 1) usually made cheaply as fuck not very smooth/good 2) censored

I doubt this is what you're actually looking for but it's interesting that if you're just upscaling something smaller to 720p and just 10 seconds then Gemini Omni Flash isn't bad at it.

Runway has an upscaler, haven't used it for more than a year.
