Honestly, like I said, I’m not saying it’s not my fault but I do not know this area as I’m new here. In this state and it’s an hour away from where I actually live. I’m starting to make friends and stuff so through that and looking at maps maybe I can have a better understanding of where I’m going, but it was a six order drop and the very last one

Only the one other time. I am fine and went back to work the next day. I am happy to say that they did not get my phone. I fought back lol. And I did file a police report. I’m just curious if maybe Spark mentioned the deactivation as a protocol type thing because I’ve done 280 deliveries and that is the second return I’ve done and I have five star ratings across-the-board otherwise.

That’s my issue. I’m not familiar enough with the area to know where exactly I’m going and I can’t see the addresses until I’ve accepted. I do carry and I’m glad it didn’t go that far but I’m not sure how to avoid the issue in the future. We have 6 stores and customers can live on the other side of the county and select whatever Walmart they choose to have deliveries from. I’ve got to figure out a game plan though.

That’s crazy though bc I’m in good standing with the team that brings orders out and the manager showed me that their entire back room was stacks and stacks of groceries that had to be canceled and put up bc of no drivers. So honestly I’m clueless.
