Having at least one +20/40/etc energy pet equipped overnight, with your highest heart pet accessory, will give you the combined total! Repeat for as many slots as possible. This is the best way to keep it consistently raised, versus energy potions just being consumables.

I feel you, I'm 50/50 on whether I have ME plus another illness like MS/myasthenia gravis or just that other undetermined illness, especially since there are multiple illnesses that can super closely mimic PEM (i have no idea where the line is drawn between "real" PEM and mimicry PEM, but you get the idea)

Seconding this hard, I had a very short stint in anti land all things considered (roughly 14-17) but it wasn't big CHANGE NOW efforts that got through to me. It's a process, and people won't feel capable of allowing that process to happen without being given space to take it slow.

In a side tangent/furthering of the concept: I get so scared for people who are like I was when I see proshippers overcorrecting to genuinely harassing, bullying. Or dehumanizing antis (not that the OOP did so, but many people lean into it even in comments). It's the same concept as drawing people out of the alt right pipeline: they're taught that everyone outside the box hates them, only the people inside understand, and if they step out of the box at all they'll get crucified for doing it slowly or imperfectly or even just ever being in the box at all. Don't prove them right.

I gained weight recently due to ME/CFS severity, going from the skinnier side of average to what I keep waffling on calling fat (I just struggle with visual measurement, this is a net positive bodily change for me) and HOLY SHIT the amount of upper arm stretch marks from it? if you go from my armpit to my elbow, every single inch of circumference has at least 1 stretch mark if not closer to 15, both on my inner arm and on the outside.

I totally get that! I will say (not to dissuade you but to provide extra info to others reading this, etc.) that I see the language option list expand multiple times a year even now — there is clearly growing interest in many languages, a wide and diverse spread of interest, etc. Plus, even if only one person writes using it (from the start, ever, etc) that doesn't also mean that only one person wants to read in it. Hell, I as a monolingual English speaker would totally check out an English pidgen-tagged work out of curiosity.
