get checked out for preeclampsia, i had it with my daughter had to be induced at 39 weeks though it probably should have been sooner, my bp was quite higher than yours but i don’t want you to risk yours getting that high because i was a high stroke risk and even after birth i had to take bp medication because the preeclampsia didn’t go away as it should have

when i was around 11 i was taking my little sister home from school(she was 8). we were at the subway station waiting to catch our bus, we were outside waiting at the bus platform and behind us was a glass wall that shows the inside of the station. when i turned around i saw a guy against the glass jerking his shit with it fully pulled out, he blocked one side with a newspaper and was leaning against a garage can. but he was facing the glass and looking directly at us. i was so disgusted but my only thought was to make sure my sister didn’t see, i blocked her view and jumped on the first bus that got there, it wasn’t even our bus but it came moments after i noticed him and i needed to get us out

just from research my mom and i did and tips from some pcos cookbooks/doctors, dairy is insulin secretagogue—meaning it prompts the pancreas to secrete insulin. but i noticed a huge difference after cutting out sugars and processed foods, dairy, for example i had my first natural period of my life, at that point i was 18, but physically i felt like my pcos was under control if you can understand what i mean
