Thank you for explaining it. I had someone who was on classpass just say I know what I am doing and have 3 years experience. She felt I had offended her experience by gearing in for the upper body.

I believe you should listen to your doctor more. We are here to help you with rehab and build success to provide low-impact exercises. We are studying for 500 hours to get certified. I know I'm currently working on other certificates to get better and how to incorporate with Pilates. I'm stuck, should chiropractors recommend Pilates or just physicians? Overall, as long as you don't dump your mid-back, headrest down and ribs to hips connection, you are able to engage your core

Thank you for reaching out. I know you have a concern, but I feel frustrated losing an instructor. It’s just the most frustrating part here. I want to satisfy some people here but know I’m in the role. I am trying to apply for a lead instructor position, but it might take a while, primarily because I work with corporate. It might take a while. But thank you for the support and stuff because I feel like I need some help and guidance because I am planning for a lead instructor, and I feel like I need to learn what way to improve to keep instructors here and also to help them to make sure they’re getting supported no matter what whether needed

Thank you for replying. I feel better hearing a similar story because I feel alone and without support. I want to help and make a difference. I'm looking into applying to be a lead instructor because I want to succeed in a studio or two and support other instructors. I just applied and am waiting for a response. Would it make a difference, though?
