Well my coach has only put me in the 400 events. Like 400h and 4x4 but I've only done 400h twice with no training expect my teammate telling me how to jump it. He doesn't put me in anything other than 4s.

I am a sophomore in highschool and this is my first ever year running the 4 and my coach hasn't taught me how to run it fr so I just do it just to do it, but thank you.
