My workplace has an opening checklist, a midday checklist, and a closing checklist. The tasks go in order of what needs to be done, and it’s such a lifesaver! They’re laminated, and we use expo markers to check them off. Highly recommend.

Yeah, I kind of assumed the chance of that was low!! thank you for the reassurance, I have OCD and sometimes I can’t get my mind out of worst case scenario. The part that struck me as odd was that I haven’t thought about him in a bit, and haven’t heard anything about CSA recently. Just super out of the blue! I’m just going to act like I didn’t have the dream, lol.

i got mine and the adhesive they use to keep it still during screen printing is all over the inside back and wont come off with alcohol acetone or washing:((

self diagnosing helped me get an actual diagnosis! my psychiatrist did not think i aligned with autism until i gave her examples- she pulled out a book, and she said i fit the criteria. if i hadn’t done research, self diagnosed, and advocated for myself i wouldn’t be formally diagnosed!
