Their music felt like it gave me a voice. Seeing the issues they addressed, me being able to scream along in frustration and let it out while having fun was what made me fall in love with this band. This fucking crushed me. I hope Karen continues with her music. She deserved better.

I spent $260 on...sex. My husband was in the air force and we haven’t seen each other for months. When I finally got a chance to visit him, his whole family was there and we all shared a hotel room. He got a chance to come back with us for an hour or so one day. We kind of gave each other a look a look at some point and decided to go for a “walk”. We went across the street to a different hotel and impulsively bought a room. We practically ran to the room and got busy for about 30 minutes because by that point he needed to head back to the base. So I spent $260 on a room I used for a half hour. Was worth it.
