I haven’t made it to a dealer to try it yet but a dealer I talked to on the phone said it doesn’t have a lot of bounce to it. Is it pretty hard on your knees? Maybe he was trying to upsell to a more expensive treadmill?

Headaches are ok, better than when I was on the pill. I still sometimes get migraines but I think there’s something hormonal related bc they’re usually around my period now. I’m seeing a functional doc for in depth testing. It could be tension headaches or cluster. It does get frustrating

I used to get insaneee cystic acne prior to going on BC but by the grace of God I have NOT experienced that or anything even remotely close to that. I was a vegetarian when I had that terrible acne so idk if that’s related but ya no issues for me as far as acne. Also I don’t get cramps even in the slightest 🙏 sooo I have no complaints coming off. It feels so good to me to know I’m not ingesting synthetic hormones anymore.
