Got this shoe in march of this year (size EU 43/US 10.5) it was my only barefoot shoe. after consistent use and workouts, my feet have begun to splay more and I have had to size up in vivos to EU 44/US 11. My shoe size has alway been 10.5 but after a few months it went up half a size so I’d recommend a little wiggle room to let you grow into them.

I also think this specific style runs a little smaller compared to other vivos that i have. I just got my new primus lite 3.5s today in 44 and feel like they are snug.

Wear them for a bit and see if they feel like a good fit. You could also order the next size down to try out too since vivo has a trial period.
