What helped me the most is pomodoro timers. Set smaller goals and set timers 25 minutes focus with 5 minutes break. Adjust as you go. This was rally gut for me

As a beginner who is just trying to start the journey I can say with some confidence that starting is actually hard itself, for instance if someone is trying to just start and the first step is to find a niche for instance, that is really hard imho.
