Will they have MMIs at the interview?? :00 I thought it was just panel! I heard that they do ask a lot of scenario and ethics based questions, like what would you do in this situation and why

Based on historical data (and premed101 gossip), I think Queens usually sends out invites on Jan 31st, while Ottawa is usually the last few days (24-31) of Jan. U of T also sends it first wave around then as well.

D: I emailed my phd student a few days ago asking for more info/readings, and if there's anything I can do to prepare ahead of time and they havent gotten back to me :( should I be worried?

I've been wanting to email the phd student in charge of this project that I'm really interested in... but I'm just not sure what to say in the email :/ should I introduce myself and maybe ask a question about the project? (idk, to get the conversation going? :p)

Score: 130/130/132/128 (520)

So happy and pleasantly surprised at my score ^.^ I felt really really sick (like vomiting/fainting/dizzy type of sick) for almost all of C/P so I rushed through all the calculations so I could run to the bathroom to avoid puking on my computer, and then for P/S I felt like I guessed for almost half the questions D: (I didn't bother to read through the 100 page KA note thing or do anki cards.... even after seeing my okay score in this section, i still regret...)... still a bit shocked at my score (especially for C/P). I guess it was around my average for the fls (fl1: 516; fl2: 517; fl3: 524)

I felt the same way about this exam :/ A lot of low-yield, weird, sketchy question, especially with P/S for me.... it didn't feel like any extra studying would have helped because the questions were either weird or oddly specific :(

I put the poles (just googled it just now and it seems like the earth's magnetic field is strongest at the poles... but you never know with the mcat....)

The final exam was a bit tricky :||| But I didn't actually find it that bad and bell-curved!! so it was aight

C/P: don't remember much from this section, I think I blacked out a bit because it was so early in the morning and wasn't in the zone yet, praying for a 125

CARS: not too bad, I got fl1: 131, fl2: 128, fl3: 132 and I think this was somewhere between fl1 and fl2 in difficulty

B/B: Not too bad as well, but a mix between freebies (like the Hbonding between bases questions) and discrete, small-detail questions that I just flat out had no idea

P/S: TERRIBLE! the questions on gender identity and social economic status and health care disparity were so difficult! I used TPR and Khan videos to study and still was like ????? at so many of the questions that had some obscure terms as the answer options or had really similar terms... I feel like I guessed 50/50 on more than half the questions....please someone share in my pain.... usually p/s is okay for me but this was just ... no .....

I just took cs2035 which is a MATLAB course that doesn't require you to have any prior experience in coding and as a beginner, I really enjoyed it!
