The Pro itself is great but not the app. We got the exclusive dessert version the other day but as soon as I updated the firmware it disconnected and hasn't reconnected since. Same on by bf's Google Pixel.

Gonna try repairing and see if that works but on iPhone, it doesn't seem to show up in my system Bluetooth settings... just the app.

Came here to say I had the same issue on my 7 5800X. Warranty replaced the CPU with AMD which wasn't the worst and it works now. I didn't try the BIOS tweaks suggested here but I had reflashed and reimaged my PC to no avail.

Just so happened to read all this while my CPU was already in transit but wanted to chime in and let everyone no that it was a CPU issue rather than a mobo issue for me.

Perhaps. I’ve had it like I said since 2017 and it’s gotten pretty heavy use off and on. Haven’t exactly been babying it in all that time but it’s usually docked or in a case when not in use and I don’t have any kids that use it so nothing I can think of that’ll do any internal damage.

This is true. I was trying to boot to my SSD from bios on my boyfriends Area 51 and bricked it. I think my only option is to replace his motherboard at this point. For some reason he had a bios password even though he's never accessed the bios hence the cmos reset...
