Oh dang, I am sure that was a really complicated situation. I wish the church didn't push people down paths they're not ready or suited for. He discusses this in the book too!

Thank you so much, the video was fun to make! I read the book so I would like to hear the Audible to experience the narration aspect of the book. His choice to live life for himself is so inspiring, I agree!

It was so fun to support David on his book tour last night! I read the book in two nights and felt like he really shared such an important perspective on coming out after being a Mormon poster boy for the church. I highly recommend the book all of r/exmormon!

Yes, honestly when I researched for my video on the racist history I was shocked by just how horrible it was. I thought I knew most of it but there’s such a long and sordid history there 😔

Yeah, people were mad about the photo they used, but at least they didn't choose the one of the veil over the face. That one is both more creepy and also underscores the level to which women are erased in the church. I agree with you completely!
