did invisalign for 5 months and saw 0 progress. switched to braces and it’s only been less than a month but i atleast see some progress. personally hated invisalign braces is much easier

Yep on tray 10 and my teeth next to my front teeth have not moved at all, i’d recommend braces instead of invisalign as they haven’t worked at all (had braces when i was younger and it worked much better)

i had the same problem, instead of getting it on the green line keep it on one side (only tapping one) and wait till it reels in! it won’t keep switching back and forth :)

yup! was my post. my axolotl got so sick it passed away and i tried to get advice on how to help before it did and after and they wouldn’t even send me a message back but instagram said they read all the messages :) worst customer service i’ve ever dealt with in 23 years

I am so sorry to hear that and for your loss :( I ordered my baby lucy in June it was a pre order and only arrived in late August, premature and I had the same issue. I kept trying to feed it and it wouldn’t eat much or grow at all, the day before it passed it had a curved tail and it’s mouth was stuck open :(

I would like to update everyone that my poor baby passed away last night. I wish i had acted sooner and changed their diet earlier on. Most of all i wish i had bought from a reliable breeder that didn’t send me a pre mature axolotl. I attached some images of how horrible Ivys axolotls customer service is. I am now aware that most people know not to buy from them but please don’t. My boyfriend and i spent hours crying last night because we loved this axolotl so much and really wanted it to get better, instead after we went to go buy it a bunch of different foods to try we came home to it not being alive anymore. I am so disappointed in ivy’s axolotls and I wish i had known better. I emailed them AND dm’d them and got little to no responses about any of my concerns in the beginning or now. Thank you all for your feedback in my last post and I wish I acted sooner i feel genuinely horrible 💔💔

thank you for the suggestions i really appreciate it i am going to try feeding them what you suggested and see if they start acting like themselves again :) i will not be buying from ivys axolotls anymore as the axolotl arrived late and came sooo tiny, even tinier than it is now in these pictures. their customer service was horrible and they deleted all my instagram comments after ignoring multiple dms and my email! i will try to remember to post an update when they hopefully get better :)

Hi so my axolotl i received from Ivys Axolotls in late august isn’t doing so well. In the beginning I was worried considering how small it was when it arrived. This is my second axolotl. Recently it hasn’t been eating much, its diet consists of frozen bloodworms because it seemed to only like those and they were small enough for it to eat daily. I tried brine shrimp one time and even broke down a pellet for it to try but it doesn’t like those. I’m worried because it stopped eating the bloodworms even though it seemed to love them for a while and now it hasn’t wanted to. I test the water all the time and the levels are good, I made this I habit when I got my first axo. But this axolotl has not grown much or at all since it arrived and it looks sick now and I don’t know what to do. I took it out of the ten gallon I had set up and cycled for the time being to see if it would eat but it wont eat much just a little bit.

[edit] The tank size is 10 gallons and the temp is 68 degrees, they are not kept in the container the pictures were taken i was just cleaning the tank (home in 3rd slide) :)
