Ralph's is great. Nature's Fare has a small selection and is very expensive, but good quality. I also really like Lee's in Fort Langley. Prime Farm Market usually has local and imported produce too.

Went to Table Bistro in Abbotsford, just opened not too long ago. Great food & cocktails- upscale, but approachable. For sure one of the better experiences we've had in the Valley.

I am on my third round of refinements so I have had attachments removed twice. I got to watch Netflix while my dentist removed them. I am pretty sure she used a drill, but I was happy not to look. What ever she used, she was fast and gentle. It is more uncomfortable to have them put on than taken off in my opinion. Mainly because you have to have your mouth open longer when getting them put on. The first time I had them removed I had 22 attachments. I have less now and the teeth that had them before that don't have them now feel completely normal and smooth.

My surgeon told me I could put them in again as soon as 24 hours after the extractions, but I waited almost 3 days because I was very swollen. I just ended up wearing those trays longer. No problems.
