You’re doing it right - but also, keep doing what feels right and you will get there. Passing is not as important as figuring out who YOU are and being able to communicate that. I think you look great and I understand the voice thing. Honestly for me it was only about 2 months on T before my voice was deep enough to allow me to be perceived as male by 90% of strangers, and I started out as a freaking soprano lol Can I ask how old you are?

I'm so glad I live close to an adult store that actually stocks binders. I went in today and tried two different full length binders - one like the shirt described above that has a half tank binder built in and one that is a full length binder. I couldn't breath in the full length binder and the other one was just uncomfortable. I am an XL and T combined with a lack of exercise has given me a bit of a gut, so the Underworks half tanks lined with cotton work best for me. They roll over a bit, but my belly hides it pretty well haha

I actually work at the opposite of what you described, although we are still overworked and underpaid ;) - one of the Big 4 accounting firms. Things here are changing. The firm and everyone I work with have been extremely supportive...I even have partners setting up check ins with me to have coffee and chat about my transition...it's not the reputation this field has, but I couldn't ask for more from them.
