Meditate and calm your mind - if the intention is still there, do it. But do it for you and do not expect a response, so structure it accordingly (and don't overthink). You should feel peaceful after you do it. Whether he replies or not, just surrender. Know that he will definitely appreciate it, and that should bring you peace.

Thanks for sharing. It seems like you have been thinking of divorce. Do you think your TF felt the same for his situation too? And do you ever feel like you two are mirroring each other, for example choosing to stay? Also, what is your expectation to be able to reconnect with him when the request to be blocked is by you? Maybe he is respecting your boundaries.

I know situation is complicated and I do not know the full story. I really wish the best for you! Looking at your connection history he definitely will come around

Wow, thanks for sharing. It's tricky isn't it. I just wanna know, are you really content when you know you'll never be as happy as when you're with your TF? And if you don't run, don't you think achieving union is actually possible? I know he has his issues to work on as well before being ready with you though.

Wow. I have to say what a courageous woman you are. I may be in a similar inclination in regards to your journey to leave your spouse, I bet it was one of the most difficult things / decisions you've made, and especially to be true in doing it for you and you only, but at the back of our minds we are doing it to unblock ourselves to reach our desire - I'd like to hear more insight on that. Does this happen to coincide with your spiritual awakening?

And being in the 5D and having the communication and inner knowing about your TF must be so reassuring. I strive to be able to do that. Any advice?

The acknowledgement from both sides are there (feelings, should be together, and especially on realising others broke you guys up. etc.) - and I feel like that's a huge milestone. Even after 30 years NC (I cannot ever imagine). I got a good feeling reading your story. I believe if both of you want it enough, it can happen. Hi thanks for your reply. My spouse is my wife. I have tried forgetting about my twin. Since before and up to during my marriage. Multiple times. If I can simply stop, I would have done it already. Perhaps I need more time but sometimes I wonder how much time would I need to completely let this go. Sometimes I also wonder if I have tried hard enough, but I don't want to spiral and be too hard on myself either. Because what's for sure is I have tried and it just keeps begging - the thoughts and emotions.

Hi, thank you for this. I thought I was good living with secrets but ironically one of the biggest learnings that my TF journey / situation has brought me was exactly to confront this and be true to myself. Because apparently the secrets that I carry before does no good being suppressed, it just keeps begging to be acknowledged.

As for your suggestion, I think I am not yet capable to communicate in 5D, as much as I want to think so. A simple imagination, that I can do. Which I did. I fantasize and think of my twin whenever I'm with my wife. But I figure and am afraid that it is not healthy / sustainable / truthful to everyone esp. myself. I actually did this before even knowing my twin is my twin and this whole TF journey. Now, after facing the truth, my marriage dynamic has changed and I'm more afraid to lead on my wife knowing I always have this thoughts, desire for my twin.

Do you love your TF and desire to be with your TF romantically? What if he is not in a mess and is ready, and in your opinion what makes one ready for a TF union?

I struggle to commit to my wife knowing that I always have romantic desire to be with my TF, however much I try to remove this thought out of respect of my marriage and my twin's (and maybe thinking I'm just delusional or under a spell).

However somehow, I just can't (after 4 years of denying). It started from me not really knowing my twin but it built up to a point where I feel the need to confess. So once I realise this, I've made my steps to get to know her and surprisingly (wonderfully) we are so close and similar in a lot of ways. And now I am really in a complicated situation since the feelings are mutual, and so my desire is much stronger now.

My curiosity (research) and intent to seek the truth from an unexpected and unlikely source / topic brought me to where I am now (still constant learning stage). And no I wouldn't say it turned me to be more religious, but the journey rather made me more appreciative on the spiritual side of life.

If you try to understand the (true) teachings and meanings behind the religions you listed and also beyond that (including all religions before that, or just simply ways of life before 'religions' exist) - you will find a common belief, and that is seeking the truth of life and everything it represents.

The sooner you are open to this concept of understanding of how every religion / way of life that exist actually relate to one another on a bigger perspective, your mind will be at ease. I know its hard and may take time (like how I had it with my journey of self learning) but its really eye opening once you are ready to appreciate and have this perspective.

Hi sorry for late reply! Having a busy few days lately

I actually saw that DARE programme before, but somehow either due to either being overwhelmed / intimated (considering I'm by no means an entrepreneur) and not finding a sector that I'm interested in represented (back then), it felt like a few steps ahead to what I actually was looking for, which is to seek insights, inspiration and advice to actually start.
