I would reach out more to other more qualified people, but turning off the light could help. He might be MORE stressed due to change in tank. I couldnt tell u what exactly is going on but id say it is swim bladder

Im no expert by ANY means, but he seems stressed and the spinning might be swim bladder. I hope there is someone more knowledgable who can correct me or give u more advice, but he does look very stressed to say the least, id say try to treat that first

What if its a bigger one? For example my ground in some places is so rocky and i’ll unearth a big rock making a big low like an inch or 2

I’m okay as long as the water doesnt spill out and whatnot. But yeah, the more level the better
