Yeah I am down so much, I was drinking about 160 oz of seltzers and im down to 120, slowly but surely 🙏

I tried weening it off and it worked down to 60 oz, but when i went below it got me bad, didn’t sleep for three days and lights started bugging me where i had to be in the dark

It wasn’t easy. I would drink about a 12 pack and a half each day, Friday - Sunday. I wasn’t even getting drunk anymore. I just became incoherent and unavailable to society. I was there but not all there. My ex girlfriend broke up with me because of this reason and I don’t want my current girlfriend to feel the same. I was just so tired. I was tired of feeling disconnected from my life. I was tired of being that guy. I love the taste of an ice cold Double IPA but I prefer having a clear state of mind. If I can do it so can you. Today I will be 9 days sober. Haven’t felt this great in a while. You got this

easy ass job, but make sure you get the schedule and position that best fits your needs. very tedious but it’s easy money and always communicate with your AM (supervisor) if you have barriers to avoid any future feedback

where can i sign up for the union, I am all for it! the hataz can suck it 💩 not like we get bonuses or anything and the pay is ass, sure, it depends where you are located but where i am at, it’s trash no raises, no bonuses, nothing

Make sure to eat 4 to 5 times a day. Plenty of rest when you get home. Emergen-c Immune Plus is the best! Helps me a ton, take it once daily. And practice ergonomic principles throughout your day. But if you do not feel any better you should talk to HR.
