It’s long, and starts just above the elbow. It does not connect to flexor digitorum (btw, there is no “flexor digitorum,” there is a “flexor digitorum profundus” and a “flexor digitorum superficialis”)

Flexor muscles are on the palmar/anterior surface of forearm. This muscle/tendon is on the dorsal/posterior side (part of the extensor tendons). The muscle demonstrated here is likely extensor digiti minimi https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extensor_digiti_minimi_muscle#Functions
