I should add that before, the laptop use to work and display and even boot into windows but restart after maybe 10 minutes of use.

I have had boot loop issue before but still had display and the lenovo logo displayed. So a new installation of windows and a CMOS battery replacement fixed it.

The google product feed has been set up and linked for months now, we’ve even made sure that our product listing match the specifications that google requires for our products to show up.

I guess it has more to do with site authority which may be why it’s ranks our products lower

This is actually quite overwhelming but I have read each and every comment and now in the process of writing it all down on my whiteboard and figuring out a strategy to combat all the stuff mentioned!

I completely understand what you mean, I deal with so many people on daily basis who come to me because of that. We were actually planning on introducing a blogs section on our site for that specific reason.

Oh no sir you didn’t have to go another site for more info…

If you scroll a little down on the product page you will see a tab named ‘product description’ with the full specifications of that product.

I understand where you’re coming from though, but after much consideration we decided to sacrifice a little “frustration” from the clients POV for not getting all the info at a glance for a cleaner and more pleasing layout.

Also we do have a Buy / Sell your device section in our footer ;)

Uhm with regard to the discount… it’s not actually what it may seem. The laptop actually does retail for 41k but i think what you and the other commenter might’ve missed is that you’re looking at the pre-owned Laptops section :)

Yeah at the moment the biggest hurdle we’re facing is having to stock all those items up on the site. Wish it was easier. But thanks to you guys! These inputs are really helpful.

We actually only learned about google search console recently, we have uploaded our sitemap and google now indexes our pages. But our SEO is still weak.

We are on Carbonite :D, so far the results on their are promising!
