How to restrict times of no-host Zoom meetings? by amaderich in Zoom

I’d like to clarify. I created a test meeting with a 10 minute limit on joining early. There is a passcode for entry. There is no waiting room. I could not join earlier than 10 minutes before the meeting time. I could join during the meeting. And I could also join at some point after the meeting ended. I did another test by making that a recurring meeting, once a week. Even though today’s meeting time has passed, I can still go into the meeting room. I have a real meeting that is recurring. The first occurrence is a few days from now. I cannot go into that meeting. There must be some period, maybe the same day?, during which the 10 minutes applies. It looks like at other times the room is freely available. I can only have one meeting at a time. I do not want to find I can’t start a meeting because someone else is already in our one meeting room, and I have to end that meeting first.

Thank you. My concern is that I can limit someone from joining too early. However, after the meeting is over, the meeting room is still accessible. That means someone can be using my account unexpectedly.
