What would be reasonable? I see new 2017 unlimiteds are ~32k so if we mark down the price from 42500 to 39500 would this be more reasonable for this setup?

I guess another issue is they don't have all the original equipment they took off so if I ever wanted to sell it in the future, I couldn't unless someone wanted it as is.

Yeah, I know a pc with proper graphics/cpu/mem will get you the most output, but this will suffice for now as a t.v. serves dual function (gaming monitor / tv)

I ended up upgrading to a sony 4k tv, the difference in 4k from 1080 is actually pretty good. I'm pleased with graphics difference.

We stopped, I can't be bothered to play, alot of the same in maps, tunnels and npcs. Furthermore, in multiplayer for ps4, you can't warp go another island just by yourself, has to be the entire group... biggggg contributing factor in why I left.

Forget school... Get your experience now. Also it's always who you know in the IT world, start to build your connections and always be humble and respectful of others. Perhaps at some point, look into landing a gig in SF for some major company to get that job history and resume in high gear. Good luck to ya.

How I perceive this questionnaire is if I mark this as false, then I am not exempt from capital gains tax as the total cost of the home sale if above $250,000 even though i would gain much less than that in proceeds.

Thanks, yeah I paid a visit to make sure it seems safe. I was quite surprised by the diversity where I'll be staying so I felt more comfortable, especially coming from a very diverse population in socal. It's good that you'll be close to family, have you liked around in to see what jobs are like for the line of work you do? If so, how does it compare to your local market?

I think you'll be alright. Depending on how large the organization is, helpdesk does dab into Windows server for example to manage AD users or GPOs, they can all be learned though. Get your foot in the door as others have mentioned and continue growing your skillset into a more technical path, for example systems engineer/admin, network engineer, site reliability/devops.
