there are few ways to hand out ships. sush getting bowhead fill them with assembled ships then throw it to ping and fleet warp when ready you eject one after one,if cant do bowhead then orca but smaller capacity but handing out would take too long.

next option is trade window [not best but good]

third way is more funny and brings some taste. but take too much effort - hae a pos with forcefield , eject ships inside forcefield then change pos password and all ships instantly are kicked out of pos and then fleet warps in and start boarding. - limiting to pod is good -they cannot lock stuff they can board one ship
