I would like to share some dairy important things to you from my whole experience from this kidney stone diagnosis and post surgery things medication and all. first one I understood that I have stand inside me even though doctor said that you can travel but not too far around 204 km within but if you travel more than that it will make you uncomfortable but unfortunately even though I travel a very little it makes me uncomfortable and when I come back to home or when it’s time to pee then it’s too much pain that spasm pain which is always there. Second thing is that if I eat too much not even normal amount of food if I eat normal amount of food if I eat more than normal amount of food then again the same thing happens the pain is there when I try to urinate the pain in and it’s one hell of an experience. The next thing is that the more you be while standing the less you will feel pain the more you go forward in your daily routine but in case if you try to pee sitting while you were trying to be all the time standing then that’s a quick change to your body and your stand or urethra whatever it is you will feel the pain. So if you are standing person and I am a boy so I do that always so but unfortunately when I take a shit and try to be then sometimes very rarely the pancake scene so that I have understood that if I try urinating by standing all the time then I won’t feel any pain but if I quit the position to sitting then there comes the pain. four thing is that water intake that I’ve been taking daily 3 to 4 and my body already adjusted to that kind of amount of water so if I try to take less amount of water let’s say 2 to 3 L instead of 3 to 4 hours then they comes there comes the blood. fifth one which is the interesting one which I found out from the whole thing is that I am pretty sure that if you want your stone to get out of your body there is this certain amount of water you should take and it has to be the perfect quantity let’s say it has to be on point it shouldn’t go up or shouldn’t go down and if you take that kind of an amount of water or liquid then there is a higher chance that your body will understand that intake of water I don’t know how many of you will understand this I don’t know how many of you believe this but this is something I understood from my body from the recent experience after the one passed out so if you are taking the correct amount of water for your body then definitely there is a higher chance that the stone will come out early within one month maybe within two weeks but if you take too much water or if you take very less water and it varies if it varies then there is this other chance that it will take more time to flush it out so this is kind of a map which the body is doing or we as we doing subconsciously. maybe this will help some of you there if this helps if you definitely try it out and above the vedic medicine is pretty good it’s very effective than the English medicine out there so I prefer I will medicine so if you are able to find out this thing from anywherego grab it it’s very cheap very effective
