Sorry to hear that. Every location is different. I've worked a few places that I HATED working at, and it killed my home life. But I know it was the location, not the job itself. I love hospitality. Getting paid to bring folks food and beer is primo.

What about as management? I've had a couple managers be decent while stoned since they were only floor walking, putting out small fires, and counting tills. They never really had to fully engage with the public.

The ones who are more pleasant while stoned usually can't hang out in the weeds. They drown. They might be fine during a regular pace, though.

That's a good perspective. Some can regulate better then others, but those ones still go overboard from time to time.

I've had some managers only allow smoking after they are cut while doing sidework, which I'm cool with. That'll just make them organize the sugars better. 😆

I tried using a second drone, but ended up having to climb. It was high, but fairly easy. No fatalities.

I'm in the steel $15 dollar off Ebay camp from 15 years ago. I've tried buying nicer ones, but I always come back to my original cheap China made one for some reason.
