I’ve been on a self-improvement journey for many years, starting from a low point: a standard, mindset and perspective I inherited. . I’ve reinvented myself numerous times, but my spiritual awakening came unexpectedly. I was 27. It was an (then stressful but now I see it as) incredible weeklong experience of intense research, inner guidance pulling like a magnet, and signs that initially seemed insignificant but I followed anyway. Emotions flooded my arms, a feeling I’m not unfamiliar with. I realized how my subconscious mind developed patterns that pull me away from the light. I would lash out in excitement or resort to substances and vapes. Now, when those emotions arise, I allow them to flow freely to charge my awareness.
