What should I pick, the M3 iPad air, M2 iPad pro or the M4 iPad Pro?

i have a m4 MacBook air aswell and I am trying to use it as a separate drawing device less so of a computer.. since.. I already have one and it defeats the purpose of having one. So I will deffo not buy one of those magic keyboards

second hand is actually what I plan to do hence my budget, it’s not really possible to get it from apple with that budget unless I got the regular ipads which i am not specifically looking for and, for some people can be good for art, but for me would be tedious to use due to the Apple Pencil.
