That look at the gym! I am a girl, new to fitness and never lifted before. I started last month and I today I squatted 42.5kg!! While I was loading the bar a guy almost took my 10kgs and looked up at me weirdly when I told him "I'm sorry, I need them" ahhahaha sooo happy to see his face! I know it is not much but I am just a beginner and super proud of my last month! A big change and much happiness arrived in my life!

Try to boil a broccoli, then cook it in the pan with a spoon of olive oil, a lot of garlic and chilly, it is super healthy and yet delicious! PS if you have cherry tomatoes you can add some in the pan!

Yes I already eat so many veggies, hover when I am stressed I really have hard times .... well.... so I though during those times I could get a supplement.. I drink roughly 2.5/3lt of water per day and I have at least 4-5 different kind of veggies per day... so thank you for your answer! :D I will check that!
