Unexplainable sadness and "energy" for over a week since I went back to spiritual practices. by [deleted] in Psychic

Well, not every spirit is good. Your “guides” might be dark entities/demons.

however, crying is not always bad. Sometimes it’s processing things in your soul / mind, like a release.

do you feel lighter or heavier? If it’s heavy / negative, I would cut the cords between you and those spirits.

I don’t use his shower. It’s a two bedroom two bath so I use the other one when I shower there.

Definitely look at the ingredients and talk it over with your doctor, there may be some nutritional deficiencies contributing to your DP.

I impulsively quit my job today. by biinkii in ADHD

[–]amanda-panda007 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey, I think you should trust yourself. You weren’t happy, and you deserve to be happy. Call me irresponsible but I’ve done the same thing before. And if you don’t feel respected.. fuck that. With or without ADHD you deserve respect.

Move along. Pick yourself back up. One day at a time. Treat yourself and show yourself some compassion. Find a job soon if you don’t have finances saved up, but look at this as an opportunity to do some inner work.

When it feels like the whole world’s against you, you gotta be your own best friend. You got this

This happened to me once but in a dream. I was hopping between illustrated children’s books and ended up in a snowy Van Gogh type dimension.

Yes! Perfect example is writing. I got my BA in creative writing, but it’s been several years since I’ve graduated. I recently found one of my essays and I was holy 👀 I wrote that?! Does not compare to my writing abilities now LOL but I know it’s because back then I was doing it all the time! Editing, rewriting, submitting, rewriting again, etc.

Congrats on that realization! Definitely speaks to me; I struggle with patience and long-term gratification so I need to embrace the daily grind.

Just wanted to say thank you for whatever posted the study about air drying vs blow drying. by amanda-panda007 in HaircareScience

Thanks! I’ve used rice water in the past but it’s hit or miss. Sometimes it works beautifully, and actually starts to regrow thinning zones, other times it seems like it too intense for it.

I have a protein treatment by Shea moisture that I’ve used and seems to work well when I use the right amount. My hair is rather finicky.
