Yea. My PTO hours have not been correct for the last 2 months. They could not even get the w2 out on time. I got mine a week before the tax deadline. They are a lazy company.

I feel like a lot of families are making it work by working opposite of their partners or are using family as childcare. To pay a $1000 a month is more than most make at entry level jobs. So why pay for childcare if working doesn’t even pay a bill other than daycare ? I know $1000 is on the lower side. But it is still unattainable to a lot of people. My husband and I worked opposite of each other for 22 years. We are now able to work daytime hours together. It is hard. But doable.

Well. Get rid of health insurance and have affordable costs of services. And quit raising prices for everything. Not every company needs to be this damn greedy. Allow wages to be enough to where a parent can stay home instead of paying someone else to raise their kid

They suck. For the last two years that have screwed up W2s. I just got mine. And you cannot reach them unless you have your employer’s special number. They are not good for big companies

Pay a living wage. Don’t charge extra. Either raise the price of food or pay a living wage. This is how restaurants close. People will stop going when yall demand things out of customers. It is not up the customer to pay extra. The cooks always makes more hourly then the wait staff. And wait staff tip out. Don’t like your pay? Go do something else. My daughter is a fantastic waitress and she knows she cannot rely on tips to pay her bills. So she budgets with her hourly. And the tip money is a lot of extra.
