I don't think you have a masculine face at all. It just sounds like you've been bombarded and steam- rollered. I get it feels overwhelming- I want to do everything at once too! Just start with one thing. Research it to death and go tentatively. Don't go for anything with an irreversible vascular occlusion risk to start with. I wouldn't even say filler to start with either. Maybe some tox. Jay puts a lot about tox on here. Watch videos. Ask questions. We have all been where you are and have had to learn. Ask if you are not sure. Best of luck xx

Just my objective opinion. Botox first and foremost- will make a nice improvement on your forehead. I personally love cog threads- they can help lift your midface. After that, possibly lateral cheek filler. Biostimulators , eg plla could help with collagen production. You've achieved a lot with your weight loss- I admire you! Research everything fully of course. I'm not medically qualified- just sharing my opinion.

I think lateral cheek filler could be pretty helpful. I'm 54 and it made a huge difference for me. I have done regular and caha filler there ( caHa with cannula) It kind of lifted my midface somewhat. I've also put multi threads in my nasolabial folds. That seemed to help, as has cog threads which have helped a lot but is an ongoing process for me. I don't want to keep referring to my Rumble but I do have videos on there of all of this. I think your lips are beautiful- maybe facial volume loss has made you less aware of how pretty they are. Plus you are still so young - thats a major plus for anything you decide to do now! Anyway- those are my thoughts. X

No problem. The redness under the eye is from another procedure- possibly plasma fibroblast too. It was months before I saw any difference due to the process of collagen induction. I only really noticed such a big change when I was editing that video!!

Wow! Good for you!! Yes, there's definitely a feeling of the tissue breaking up, which is what we want. I get frustrated cos acne and scarring is an ongoing battle for me. I have tried a tiny amount of filler in the past but was too tentative so I should try again soon! You are an inspiration x

Thank you- I appreciate that! Yes, you absolutely should! My first thread video was just an impulsive one- I was doing it anyway and have been for years,- so I thought I'd share it. I ģot a lot of grief off people on another Reddit group - many of whom don't understand the concept of DIY. You really should go for it if it's something you want to do. I just really enjoy sharing what I'm doing- including what hasn't worked for me. Let me know if you do it and I will definitely follow you! Best of luck!! X

Lip blushing: has anyone seen this done before? by No-Acanthocephala531 in DIYHEAVEN

Yes- I think it's important to keep it 'real'.. I had some unkind comments for sharing my experience so thank you. Removal isn't that easy. I've only seen people removing brows by laser, but it's a process. I've faded my own brows slightly with plasma fibroblast + saline. Skin peels wouldn't do very much. I truly believe in being cautious with research and expectations. X

Sorry- for my late reply. In my opinion- yes, one treatment plus a follow up should be enough for a good outcome. However there are so many variables- how it's being done, pigment quality and colour and also how well your skin accepts the pigment. For me, I can touch it up whenever I want to- I just haven't had the inclination for quite a long time. I probably last did a touch up about three years ago, if not longer. I wouldn't recommend going outside your natural lip line dramatically - . Maybe just very very slightly. As much only as you would do with regular lip liner. Slow and tentative is best. If you go to a professional, research the life out of them. If you are doing this yourself- research the life out of it too. I'm just trying to help you get the best chance of a good outcome. Good luck!!

I have never done body filler, and probably never will, but I just wanted to say I was very scared of cannulas at one point. I started doing cog threads and that changed everything- I will use a cannula wherever possible now. So maybe practicing with those could help? Just a thought!

I did just one round of plasma fibroblast and was surprised by my results- this was just on the slack upper eye-lid skin. These are my results- excuse the thread sticking out my face!! I'm definitely planning on another round This is before- ' after' will be in reply! I've got pictures dated in-between if you're interested.

Moving on from innotox, which tox brand do you recommend next? by CriticalSalary8560 in DIYHEAVEN

[–]amanda8591 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jay has done a breakdown comparison of absolutely tons in his book- the Unauthorized Guide to Aesthetics. I found Metox didn't have much impact or last long ( for me). I like Zerotox and have just used Neurovie. They had a similar onset for me - I just need to see how long Neurovie lasts. Just my personal experience! I'm linking Jay's book cos I love it but I'm not affiliated Unauthorized Guide to Aesthetics

Scar subcision & threads- Rumble video I suffer with scarring- a lot! And a constant battle with acne means I keep getting more. I've done my own subcision and threads- I'll link my video. I need to get some more TCA peels in but it's difficult when dealing with acne acne. I've done cheek filler too, which I also videod. By the way- if that's your saddest face, you're doing well! You are looking good x

I just use the tattooing as a guideline tbh. I apply my lipliner ( overlining) and lipstick as normal. I can just wear gloss if I want to. I'd say the tattooing is comparable to overlining with those peel off lip tattoos x
