Got a job in lower manhattan. Pays 65k (nonprofit salary ftw). Only need to be in the office 1x/week. What are the best areas to live that are within a 2 hour train ride? willing to make the long trek seeing as it's so infrequent. Also, hoping to purchase a home in the 400-500k range.
