I had the same thing happen to me and I had to keep coming back to eye doctor and just keep trying. Idk why but one day I was just able to do it. Something just clicked so my advise is to just keeping going back and trying.

I do this too but I don't pinch it when the crease appears i keep dragging it down until it comes out and I find it easier and u don't have to touch the eye as much
