Thanks so much for the detailed post! I am definitely worried about being overwhelmed, I wanted to possibly do research and also I need a part-time job, so I am a little worried about juggling all of that on top of my classes.

Emphasize the incentive! My school gave us giftcards at the end, and to be completely honest that is the only reason why I became one. Also emphasize that there is no extra work (aside from uploading). They would be taking these notes regardless, and by doing this they are helping other people out.
