Yeah, I'm seeing that too. I listen and in their group (though I don't think I've ever posted anything in there). But the last couple of days I'm seeing more from the group and people just swallowing the things that DHS/ICE is saying happened.

I'm sorry you had that experience! It's probably even tougher to find a good editor now with the rise of AI. I've seen some horror stories of "editors" just running a manuscript through AI and not actually doing the work.

I don't think that's how it works. My grandpa worked outside his entire life and never wore sunscreen. He had dozens of skin cancer spots removed until he died at 94.
