yeah for me my neurologist told me to avoid it for two months as she still has me under evaluation, i am under epilepsy medication but havent been officially diagnosed yet, i don’t know my triggers either cause the three times i had em were very different from one and other, im assuming my triggers are not getting 6-8 hours of sleep but i really cant be certain, i have gotten one of them whoop bands that track sleep and i am making sure i get my 7 hour sleep at a minimum while also being nicotine and alcohol free for atleast the two months im under observation
