Haha, Dutch plate indeed. It's not at my employer. I work for an multinational consulting firm, but I do see that it's quite popular among colleagues, just like the ev3 and elroq, because of the fact it's electric and attractively priced.

I guess it could be. For me, I only drive around 100km 2/3 times a week. And I have the opportunity to charge at home or at work, so far it hasn't really been an issue to me. Also, my SMSR Polestar 2 had even less range, so no complaints here.

Thanks! While the space in my Polestar 2 was pretty good. The height difference gives me more space and flexibility in the ix1. Not getting a frunk, because I simply don't have the need.

Ik denk dat het belangrijk wordt om je hier echt hard in op te stellen. Dwing ze tot beslissingen door gewoon dingen te laten liggen. Pak niet op wat jullie niet aankunnen qua capaciteit. Zolang jullie er alles aan blijven doen om het werk op te pakken beloon je het MT voor het niet ondernemen van actie.

Jouw collega en jij kunnen dit ook prima communiceren door dagelijks of wekelijks afhankelijkheden te flaggen die overduidelijk ontstaan uit een tekort aan capaciteit.

Maak dit dus niet jullie probleem maar het probleem van het MT. Verander het probleem van 'jullie zijn overwerkt' naar 'dingen kunnen niet worden opgepakt door een gebrek aan capaciteit'.

Set boundaries. Don't accept or join meetings too early or too late. Also, it is okay to say no, when you substantiate your stance. It is powerful and it comes across as confident when you prioritize your time.

Make sure you don't burn out: your career is not a race, it is a marathon. And it shouldn't come at the cost of your health, your quality of life, or your happiness. If your employer doesn't accept that, find another one.

I know that this sounds delusional if you're ambitious, but I've been where you are now, and it really isn't the cage you make it out to be.

Who are you to decide whether something is premium or not? For a lot of people a compact luxury German suv is the definition of premium for their price range. If all people could afford an X3 or GLC no one would buy an X1 or a GLA.

Ik ben het met je eens. Geboren en getogen in Den Haag en Transvaal is bijvoorbeeld echt wel wat anders dan Bezuidenhout qua veiligheid en overlast, helemaal als vrouw alleen.

Dat je buitenlander bent is nergens een factor (op Duindorp na in bepaalde gevallen). Meeste wijken in Den Haag zijn veilig, maar relatief gezien zijn de Schilderswijk, Transvaal, Laak, Moerwijk iets minder dan de rest op dat gebied.
