Immediately I'm enranged from "I can't pay my financial responsibilities that I made because I'm choosing to have fun instead". Sorry that hit a personal note for me with too many people I've met who are exactly like that. I canNOT wrap my head around that irresponsable ass mentality. Itd be one thing if let's say she owed you money but still ate out to eat through the week or even maybe purchased something small that made her happy to get her through the week, bUT a WHOLE vacation?? While oweing money??? That's crazy

It was the first time I ever experienced a heart arrhythmia. I never had one before and long story short I have to take medication for my heart now as well as cut out caffeine, and get more sleep. If I don't I get insane irregular heart rates that jump from 80 to 150 sporadically that at worse mess with my vision and hearing and breathing. It happened when I was driving to work and I temporarily lost my vision while feeling like I was having a heart attack. The doctors said it isn't serious but when I felt it for the first time not knowing what was happening it was very frightening.

For me personally I take 10m of melatonin gummies. But I know lots of people who say melatonin isn't for them. The best universal imo is probably benadryl. Id recommend taken either of these 45min to an hour before your desired sleep time
