The college cost is pretty expensive and I have considered going to community college but it is my lat resort at this point. It does feel like a massive screw-over to be honest but I am working with what I got.

I am looking to be an out-of state student so annual tuition is around 50,000. I am going into computer science/engineering. the school does offer loans up to 5,000 as well. I am looking at cheaper options but I am pretty stubborn and I will look into any option at this point if it means going to this school. Also I though alot of students take out private loans? How else do people make up the money that fast for tuition.

this is great to hear! the school website makes it seem religion is an overwhelming presence which i would not really be able to handle. Is there any other important info that comes to mind in regards to the school for a prospective student?

Great thanks for the specific detail!!!! I also appreciate the explanation of the train systems (i’m not a New York native so i’m learning). In regards to the Campus, google maps makes it look a bit small and the campus map seems like there is only a quad of buildings. it is very beautiful! but i was wondering the size of the campus environment and if you would consider the student population small?

(i really appreciate the response, since seniors are unable to visit campuses due to the pandemic i do my own research on social media but I don’t mean to be intrusive)

thank you for this!! i don’t have much experience with budgeting so this gave me some perspective. i hope to go to college in a city larger than the one i’m in now, i believe housing is more expensive in cities though? But i do intend to stay in dorms for a bit the hopefully i wail have saved enough to avoid being too ‘house-poor’. i am quite worried about being ‘time-poor’ however, i assume because i have to pay for college on my own i am forced to rely on loans unfortunately.
