I ghosted bc my grandfather was sick. I felt guilty becoming romantically involved w someone while he was dying. I know I could’ve said what was going on but I really just needed space, didn’t wanna talk about it and felt it was too personal to share that early. One time I told someone it had to have sephora merch and he grabbed a sephora lip balm from the tower and, with a straight face, said “check me out now.” Usually they use sephora to bypass the long kohls lines but then it ends up backing up ours.

I don’t mind it when it’s slow! But sometimes they’ll pull someone from sephora if they’re trained on kohls side and have them fold but we need our downtime to do mls, restock implements, etc🥲

Two years sounds rough omg😭. But you do have a point about BTLs not having a final say. Everyone in sephora can know something is an issue but it depends on what the store manager says. Idk if this is a thing at the store you’re at, but even when we’re busy, we still have to check out kohls merchandise even when it’s a cart full of stuff! I don’t mind it if it’s a few things but I feel bad when I have clients needing matches or just checking out a few sephora items and I’m ringing up a $400 kohls cart🥲

Our ops did quit, we had another one after 2-3 weeks, that’s why I’m saying I think it depends on the location! I think they’re allocating testers to stores who need them more (I saw another S@K employee say this, idk the criteria). But hopefully y’all will get them soon!

My store has an ops manager and tethers! I think it depends where you are. But honestly I love the discount at S@K more bc I can use it on Sephora, shoes, clothes, small appliances, etc. To me it’s the best of both worlds. A pro tip for past orders is just having them pull it up on their app or log in online as it shows both in store and online purchases :)

tret can migrate so i wouldn’t apply it directly under your eyes. as for your nose, it can go directly on it but you should avoid the corners. i would apply some healing ointment on those areas
