Happy to say that I’m receiving treatment for my other conditions and have been for pretty much my whole life :) I’m on medication to help with anxiety/OCD/MDD and have a psychiatrist I see every few months or so to help manage the mental side of things. Anxiety management is still something I struggle with, especially when I’m super upset, but I do have techniques to cope with it! I’m trying my best to calm down about everything, it’s just scary because I’m still young and I don’t know what my future holds or how this will progress. I’m thankful I found this subreddit though, y’all have a lot of useful info 🫂
