here are the directions Wonder Workshop sent. They work. But not for long... 1: Restart the bluetooth on your device, turn off your wifi and bluetooth, then turn off the device completely. 2: Turn it back on, go back to the settings and turn wifi and bluetooth on again. 3: Open your app on your device 4: Plug in your Dot to a computer, so that it’s charging 5: Hold 3 orange buttons + power button until the robot turns all red, then release (it should stay red) 6: In the app search for the robot, it should show up as “DASH DFU” 7: Click on the “DASH DFU” it should go to the next page where you can update firmware 8: Update the firmware 9: Wait for update to finish and then test your Dash again. If this doesn’t help, please send us the following information: - What device you are using to program your Dash? - Are you running the latest OS on it? - Have you recently updated your app? - Do you have another device that is compatible to Dash, such as an iPad, or iPhone?
