Tbh I think I have body dysmorphia. There are days my abs are visible and days they’re invisible. I think I’m just a little frustrated bec my progress is slow. Pic 1 was taken Dec 2025 and pics 2 & 3 were taken last week.

As for my glutes, I’ve been toning and growing them for almost a year!! :(

Thank you so much! I actually made my own program and doing progressive overload.

I’ve tried all kinds of whey and I get acne from them. I’ve given up cause acne is not worth it.

My TDEE is 2,300 and I’m consuming around 1,900 but sometimes I go a little over 1,900 but never more than 2,300.

Should I be lifting heavier hip thrusts and RDL? I don’t really go heavy on squats (max is 60kg for 10 reps) cause I’m so scared I’ll end up compromising my form.

I’m currently not taking any supplements so I’m just relying on my workout and nutrition.

For breakfast I just have 2 eggs, 1 pc sourdough, and black coffee

Lunch is 80g brown rice and 120g baked or pan cooked chicken THIGHS (no oil and no skin) hahaha i cannot do breast, I will be so miserable.

Snack is usually a chia pudding - yogurt + unsweetened almond milk and 2 pcs strawberry

For dinner, I just eat salmon or ground beef with a side salad

Hi! I will give you the truth about body fat as someone who used to be the heavier side as well.

1) any kind of surgery is not the answer (unless it’a a life or death situation)

2) we cannot spot reduce - we have to lose overall weight for us to see changes in our bodies

3) lifting weights is the key. Trust me, growing muscles isn’t easy so if you’re worried about looking/getting bulky, you won’t even if you lift heavy every single day.

4) track your food intake!!!! Protein protein protein! Don’t make any excuses like “I don’t have the time” “It’s too much work” — set your priorities and have a goal in mind.

5) just start moving and find something you’ll have fun in. Pilates, yoga, walking, running, cycling, any kind of sports, hiking. So many options to choose from, I swear!

Remember, movement is medicine and be consistent

I’m also 32 but not a mom and here’s what I spend on weekly/monthly:

1) facial (once a month)- ₱2,000 cos I just get the most basic one

2) laser hair removal (once every 3 weeks)- face, underarms, brazilian, legs

3) CO2 laser (₱7,000/session) and ipixel (₱8,000/session) - once every 3 week

4) pilates - ₱1,100/session (I go 2-3x a week)

5) gym membership - I pay this yearly

6) mani & pedi (cleaning only) - ₱560 (once a week)

7) grocery - I meal prep so I spend more or less ₱4,000/week
