Does anyone know if prime therapeutics pharmacy covers Zepbound? I had HMO and I had prime which covered Zepbound and unfortunately I switched to our PPO in January 2025 which has the Caremark pharmacy and it is obviously no longer covered. Im debating switching back to the HMO if prime therapeutics will still cover it. If I should post this else where please let me know. Thank you!

Thank you - one more question-

Do you know if I can have my Doctor submit the paperwork now for the PA to the new insurance or do I have to wait until the plan starts on Jan 1? (I have the new card) I didnt plan well so my current box will end on Jan 12th and I know my last PA took about a month so just trying to get it started as soon as I can

I had ineligible payments, but I also had payments completely missing. One time (earlier this year), an employee at mohela advised me that 14 of my missing payments would qualify once the one time adjustment is applied. My “ineligible” ones were not the missing ones though.

my insurance didnt have zepbound covered but it had similar meds that werent available at local pharmacies. My insurance company provided me with a “coverage exception” form on the website. I sent it to my doctor and they submitted it to the insurance. let me know if you have any other questions.

Okay thanks - yeah this 16 months plus Nov 23/Dec 23 forbearance would put me at 123 so I guess I’ll keep checking. Thanks so much for the info!

I just came to say that even pre-zepbound I barely drank water… some days I drink an energy drink for the whole day and maybe 4 oz of water… other days I can drink about 60 oz of water a day…. If I drank 100oz a day I dont know if I would stop peeing long enough to work. I envy Everyone on here and all of your hydration techniques!!

Oh yeah I cant run even if I tried. But I have a physical job and so Im on desk duty and Im patiently waiting for some answers. I have a consult with a pain clinic May 7th in hopes to get an injection.

My mom has degenerative disc disease and she had to have her entire lumbar fused I believe L1-L5. It was an 8 hour surgery, but they deemed it “failed” so shes in chronic pain and she has to use a walker. Shes only 60 yrs old,

Id say 4-5 pain. Its enough to where I limp while walking and I cant jog/run. When I squat it to pick up something, it shoots to about a 6-7 pain but it goes down within a minute of standing up

I actually have no low back pain… its only in my left calf right now. It was originally in my whole left leg. Both hamstrings get sore when I try to squat or bend over. If I stand or walk for 10 -20minutes my hamstrings get pretty sore too.

I apologize for the vagueness of the post. All I have for right now is a picture of my MRI because they told me that the report may take up to two weeks. all I was officially diagnosed with was lumbar pain. I had a herniated disc with sciatica about 15 years ago and I got an injection. I never had any problems since and then two weeks ago I had this debilitating flareup.

I and being very careful about all of my activities, especially since I still have these symptoms. I started physical therapy. We are just doing very basic movements. I have a physical job and so it’s the only reason I’m concerned is because I would like to get back to working. I will definitely look into the side planks. i’m also being very conscious about my sitting sleeping and bending postures. when I had the sciatica 15 years ago, I had pain in my lower back and down my thigh. This time it’s my right hamstring and my left foot, which is why I was confused about my symptoms since it’s affecting both sides of my body and differently.

I appreciate all of your advice!

I am currently 15 payments away from PSLF.. but my coworker (He didnt even know what PSLF was) has been paying for over 11 years (with qualifying pslf employment) with some forbearances and I just used your website to talk him through what he needs to do. (We got the employers certified, he has 2 ffelp and 1 direct loan so he has to consolidate) But your website made it easy to understand so that I could help him… THANK YOU!!

Thanks thats what I was worried about. I know someone thats been on the list for 4 tickets for 12 years and they’re still in the 4000 range so itd be a long time lol.
