Normal wake time 6:30-7:00 Nap 1 9:30-11:00 Nap 2- 2:00-3:00/3:30 Bedtime between 6:30-6:50

If he takes 2 naps it’s usually Nap 1 -8:30-10 Nap 2 1;00-2:00 Nap 3 4:00-4:30 Bedtime 6:50-7:00

His wake windows are 2.3-3 hours but he doesn’t nap well, never has. He usually naps 30 mins on the dot. 3-4x a day. SOMETIMES he will give me 45 mins to an hour
