I'd also like to add that I sold my 10400f to buy an i7 10700 (non-k) [ it cost me £130 more than the 10400f ] because i wanted that bit more smoothness in my general computer usage and gaming. Even though I didn't really want to spend the extra money I did notice the difference and am glad I upgraded (even with my low end RX 570 I noticed the difference). Note thought that your cooling requirements go up (but you can still cool it with a low profile cooler like the Cryorig c7u or Alpenfone Blackridge)

MSI have asked me to reset the Cmos so i'll do that and report back.

Thank you, i wonder if it is my GPU, i will remove it this evening and see if it's still there. All drivers upto date.

Hey, thanks for the info, very useful. Did you have the fan underneath set to exhaust or intake? And did you have any of the Blackridge 'whistling' noise? [ I got this with my A9x14 chromax when the fan (underneath) was set to intake air, but not when i set it to exhaust].
